BRICKS SYSTEM
Privacy Policy
Bricks System · Last updated July 25, 2026
Bricks System (brickssystem.com) is operated by S Maris Solutions LLC ("Bricks System," "we," "us"). You can reach us with any privacy question or request at privacy@stellamarissolutions.cloud.
Bricks System uses YouTube API Services. By using Bricks System you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your information is described in the Google Privacy Policy. How we handle, refresh, and delete YouTube data is described in YouTube data below.
Who we are
Bricks System helps members of a creator community grow their personal brands. We turn members' long-form video into short clips and, with the member's authorization, schedule and publish those clips to the member's own connected social media accounts.
Information we collect
- Account information: name, email, and the member profile you create.
- Connected social accounts: when you connect a TikTok, Instagram/Facebook, or YouTube/Google account, we receive and store the OAuth access (and refresh) tokens that let us publish content you approve to that account on your behalf. We request the narrowest permissions needed for the feature. Specifically:
- YouTube/Google: when you authorize your channel, the Google consent screen shows you exactly what is requested. We use four scopes:
youtube.upload, to upload the clips you approve to your channel; youtube.readonly, to read your own channel's identity and the statistics of the videos published from Bricks System, so we can confirm the destination and show you how your own clips performed; and userinfo.email and userinfo.profile, to identify the Google account being connected. We do not request access to any other channel or to anyone else's data.
- Instagram/Facebook (Meta): your Instagram professional account ID and the access token you authorize, used to publish and measure the media you approve. Instagram publishing requires an Instagram professional (Business or Creator) account.
- TikTok: your basic profile info and the token authorizing uploads to your account.
- Content: the recordings you submit, the clips we generate, captions, and related metadata.
- Performance metrics: views, follower counts, and engagement for your connected accounts and the clips published from them, including data retrieved from third-party analytics providers (e.g., Shortimize).
- Usage data: basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
- To create, schedule, and publish clips to your connected accounts as you direct.
- To show you analytics about your reach and growth.
- To improve clip selection and the service.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the data we receive from a connected platform to build user profiles for advertising or transfer it to third parties except as described below.
The platforms
We act only on the authorization you grant. Your use of each connected platform is also governed by that platform's terms (TikTok, Meta for Instagram/Facebook, and Google for YouTube). We access, use, and store data from their APIs solely to provide the features above, consistent with each platform's developer policies, and we delete it on request (see below).
- Our access to and use of TikTok information is governed by, and limited to the uses permitted under, the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and the TikTok Content Sharing Guidelines.
- For Instagram and Facebook, we receive and process Meta Platform Data solely to provide the publishing and analytics features described above, in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
Cookies and information on your device
Bricks System stores, accesses, and recognizes information directly and indirectly on and from your device, including by placing, accessing, or recognizing cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage, session storage, and a service worker) on your device or browser. We use these for:
- Signing you in and keeping you signed in — a session cookie identifies your logged-in session. Without it the service cannot work.
- Connecting your social accounts — short-lived cookies hold the security state of an authorization flow (for example, the value that protects a TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube connection against cross-site request forgery), plus the access tokens for an account you have connected.
- Installing and running the app offline — if you install Bricks System to your home screen, a service worker and browser storage cache the interface so it loads without a connection.
Our service providers may also place or access cookies and similar technologies on your device when you use the parts of the service they power — for example our publishing tool Postiz, and any social platform content embedded in or linked from the service. We do not use cookies or similar technologies for advertising, ad targeting, or cross-site tracking, and we do not sell the information they hold. You can clear or block cookies and site data in your browser settings; if you block the ones listed above, signing in and connecting accounts will not work.
YouTube data
When you connect a YouTube channel, we retrieve information about your own channel and the videos published from Bricks System through YouTube API Services. We use it only to confirm which channel your content goes to and to show you how your own clips performed.
- We refresh it daily from YouTube. The statistics we show you for your YouTube videos are re-retrieved from YouTube API Services on a daily schedule, so what you see reflects YouTube's own current figures rather than a stale copy. Where a video is not publicly retrievable through that API — for example a clip published as unlisted — we may simply have no current figure to show for it.
- We do not keep it beyond 30 days. Stored YouTube statistics are automatically deleted once they are more than 30 days old, in line with the YouTube API Services Developer Policies. We do not retain historical YouTube statistics past that window.
- We stop on disconnect, and delete on request. Disconnecting your channel, or revoking access in your Google account, immediately revokes the tokens we hold and stops all publishing and all further retrieval. To have the YouTube data we already hold deleted, email privacy@stellamarissolutions.cloud and we will delete it within 30 days.
Google API Services and Limited Use
Bricks System uses YouTube API Services. By connecting your YouTube channel you are also subject to the Google Privacy Policy. Our use and transfer of information received from YouTube API Services and other Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke Bricks System's access to your Google data at any time via the Google security settings page.
Sharing
We share data only with: service providers that help us run the service (e.g., hosting, our publishing tool Postiz, analytics providers) under confidentiality obligations; the social platforms you connect; and where required by law.
How to request deletion of your data
You can request deletion of your data at any time, in either of these ways:
- In the app: disconnect a connected account. Disconnecting (or revoking access directly in that platform) immediately revokes the access tokens we hold for that account and stops all publishing to it.
- By email: write to privacy@stellamarissolutions.cloud and ask us to delete your data. We will delete the stored platform data, access tokens, and metrics we hold for you within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain records.
Your choices and rights
- Disconnect any account at any time inside Bricks System, which immediately revokes our access. For your Google/YouTube account you can also revoke our access through the Google security settings page; for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook you can remove our app in that platform's settings.
- Request access to or deletion of your data by contacting privacy@stellamarissolutions.cloud (see "How to request deletion" above).
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it. When you disconnect a connected account or request deletion, we delete the associated access tokens and platform data without undue delay and no later than 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Security
We protect your information with reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls and encryption of stored credentials.
Other
The service is for users 18 and older. We will post material changes here. Contact: privacy@stellamarissolutions.cloud.
