Terms of Service
Bricks System · Last updated July 25, 2026 · Operated by S Maris Solutions LLC
Bricks System uses YouTube API Services. By using Bricks System, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. See section 7 below.
- The service. Bricks System turns your long-form video into short clips and, with your authorization, schedules and publishes them to your connected social accounts, and shows you analytics on the results.
- Eligibility and accounts. You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for your account and for the accuracy of the accounts you connect.
- Your authorization. By connecting a social account, you authorize Bricks System to publish content you approve to that account, until you disconnect it. For TikTok, you confirm the privacy and interaction settings for each post before it publishes. You may disconnect at any time.
- Your content. You own your recordings and the clips made from them. You grant us the limited rights needed to process, store, and publish them as you direct.
- Our software. Bricks System, including its engine, models, and software, is owned by S Maris Solutions LLC. These terms grant you no rights in it beyond use of the service.
- Acceptable use. Do not use the service to publish unlawful, infringing, or platform-violating content. You remain responsible for complying with each platform's rules. When publishing to TikTok, you are responsible for accurately completing TikTok's content disclosures in the posting screen, including the branded-content / commercial-content toggle where your clip promotes a brand, product, or service, and for confirming you have the rights to any music in your content.
- YouTube API Services. Bricks System uses YouTube API Services. By using Bricks System, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's privacy practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy, and you may revoke Bricks System's access to your Google data at any time via the Google security settings page.
- Third-party platforms. Your use of TikTok, Meta, and Google/YouTube services is governed by their terms; we are not responsible for their actions.
- Disclaimers and liability. The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
- Termination. Either party may end use of the service; on termination we stop publishing and delete access tokens on request.
