How it works
From a recording to a published clip, and what you control at each step.
1. You record
A member records long-form video — a conversation, a walkthrough, a talk. Nothing about the recording setup changes; the point is that you keep doing what you already do.
2. The system finds the moments
The recording is transcribed and analysed to find self-contained moments that stand on their own: a clear idea with a beginning and an end, rather than an arbitrary 30-second slice.
3. Clips are cut and framed
Each moment is cut into a vertical, platform-ready clip, framed on the speaker, with captions burned in so it reads with the sound off.
4. You approve
Clips are queued for you. Nothing is published until you approve it. You can edit the caption, send a clip back, or skip it entirely.
5. Publishing, with your authorization
Approved clips go to the accounts you connected. On Instagram and YouTube the clip is published to your own account. On TikTok the clip is delivered to your TikTok inbox as a draft and you complete posting in the TikTok app, where you set the privacy and interaction settings yourself.
6. Measurement
We read back how your own clips performed so you can see what is working. YouTube statistics are re-retrieved from YouTube daily and are not retained beyond 30 days, in line with the YouTube API Services Developer Policies.
Connecting and disconnecting
Connecting an account sends you to that platform’s own authorization screen, where you see exactly which permissions are being requested before you grant anything. Disconnecting inside Bricks System immediately revokes the tokens we hold and stops all publishing to that account. You can also revoke access from the platform’s own settings at any time — for Google/YouTube, from your Google security settings.
